That's not how Maggie Graff thinks it should be! She created Ignited, an online-music community that connects and serves the musicians in Central Virginia.

Two old friends meet for dinner; as one tells anecdotes detailing his experiences, the other notices their differing worldviews. It's also a highly competitive industry where it pays to work hard and network effectively.
